💼 Employment Types
We engage employees in the following formats:
1. Permanent (Full-Time)
Employees work 35–40 hours per week and are eligible for full benefits.
2. Part-Time
Typically 15–25 hours per week, with flexible arrangements and prorated benefits.
3. Fixed-Term or Project-Based
Roles with clear start/end dates or deliverable-based milestones.
4. Freelance/Contractors
Independent professionals paid hourly or per project, with flexible terms.
⏳ Working Hours & Flexibility
Our standard business hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT)
However, we support flexible working hours and remote work options to accommodate employees in different time zones or personal situations.
Remote workers are required to:
- Maintain regular communication
- Attend scheduled virtual meetings
- Meet deadlines without supervision
📅 Paid Leave & Time Off
Annual Leave:
- 25 days per year (full-time roles)
- UK Bank Holidays in addition
Additional Leave:
- Sick Leave (statutory and extended)
- Bereavement Leave
- Parental Leave (maternity, paternity, adoption)
- Compassionate Leave
- Unpaid Leave (upon approval)
Requests for time off must be submitted via internal systems at least 2 weeks in advance.

📃 Contracts and Documentation
All new hires will receive:

Contracts are typically issued within 48 hours of accepting the role, and all required documents must be signed before the employment start date.
🔐 Data Protection & Confidentiality
All employees are expected to:
- Protect client and internal data under UK GDPR
- Sign NDAs (where applicable)
- Refrain from disclosing sensitive information externally
Violations of this policy are grounds for disciplinary action, including termination.
❌ Disciplinary & Grievance Policy
In case of misconduct or violation of company policy, the following disciplinary stages apply:
- Verbal Warning
- Written Warning
- Final Written Warning
- Termination (with or without notice)
Grievance procedures are available for any employee facing discrimination, workplace bullying, or unfair treatment. All complaints are confidential and investigated thoroughly.
📢 Probation Periods
All new hires are subject to a 3-month probation period, during which either party may terminate employment with 1 week’s notice.
Performance is reviewed at the end of probation, and extensions may be granted in specific cases.
